Holley Hollan
Vice-President
My love for racing started at a young age at the race track with my family supporting my Dad. At age 5 I became a 4th generation racer and made my first laps in a Junior Sprint at Port City Raceway. At age 15 whenever my parents purchased Driven Midwest, I moved myself to online school and went all in with my racing career. I raced every night that I could, worked on my cars, and customers’ cars, and packaged orders at Driven Midwest throughout the week. I was lucky enough to be a part of the Toyota Racing Development program from age 16-18 where I raced midgets full-time for Keith Kunz Motorsports and went on to race in the ARCA West Series with Bill McAnally Racing. At age 19, I moved home from Charlotte to help take Driven Midwest to the new heights that I had envisioned for the company. As my roles have changed in the industry from being a driver to now being the Vice President at Driven Midwest, I have found a new, burning passion to help families enjoy weekends at the track together, contribute to kids living out their dreams, and support the next generation of racers

Brent Mercer
Brent Mercer started with Driven Performance Midwest in January 2024 and brings a lifetime of racing knowledge with him. Being a 2nd generation racer, Brent has been in and around race tracks his entire life. His father, Tom Mercer, owned 100” champ dirt cars and sprint cars, with a 100” super modified being his first which gave birth to the family number: 42. His childhood was spent at racetracks around the country but primarily at State Fair Speedway in Oklahoma City where they were a part of 3 track championships in the early 90s to 2005.
Racing was always a family affair, a tradition, and passion he passed down to his sons, the youngest of which still drives today. In 2010, Brent’s younger son, Grady, began running Outlaw Go-karts. In 2011 he ran both go-karts and Jr Sprints before graduating to Micros in 2013/2014 when they brought the 2nd D1 to the state of Oklahoma. Together with D1, they won some of the most prestigious races in Oklahoma and surrounding states, including the Mini Sprint Nationals, Red Dirt Nationals, The Donnie Ray Crawford Memorial, The Pete Frazier Memorial, The Show Me Showdown, and the coveted Golden Driller at the Tulsa Shootout in 2017. In 2021, they entered the 360 sprint car world, which they continue to run today, but still jump into a non-wing D1 when they can. They continue to don the #42 to this day.
Brent has been married to his amazing wife, Shelly, for 23 years and has three children: Preston, Madison, and Grady. He is also the proud pop pop to Mavery, who he hopes will be a fourth-generation racer someday. In his spare time (and outside of racing), Brent likes to hunt, fish, attend OU football games, and spend time with his family.

Frannie Hollan
Born into a family with a rich racing legacy, I grew up immersed in the world of motorsports, with my grandfather, “Boots”, racing micros and midgets in the 1960s and 70s. My passion for speed continued as I drag raced with my parents, making unforgettable memories at the track.
In 1995, I married Harley, and together we moved from Texas to Tulsa, where we took a leap into entrepreneurship by starting an excavating company in 1998. Our family grew with the arrival of our first daughter, Haley, in 1999, followed by our second bundle of joy, Holley, in 2001.
Balancing family and business has been a rewarding adventure, and I cherish the moments we share, both on and off the track.
